After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. This allows you to monitor your package’s status in real-time, from dispatch to delivery. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 48 hours of your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and instructions. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please note that some sale or clearance items may be non-returnable.
Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours after they are placed. Beyond this window, orders begin processing and may be shipped quickly, making changes impossible.
